As the job market rapidly evolves, so do the skills needed to succeed. How can education keep up? Which competencies will be most valuable in the future?

In this discussion, Bartosz Poździk (business services sector) and Prof. Dr. Hab. Marek Zieliński (Collegium Da Vinci) will tackle these questions. Drawing from ''Future Competencies: What Awaits Education and the Job Market?'', edited by Dr. Natalia Gluza, they'll explore key skills—from relational and entrepreneurial abilities to cognitive, technical, and personal competencies.

Moderated by Katarzyna Szczudlińska-Urban, the conversation will also address AI's impact and the vital collaboration between education and business. Experts will highlight how companies and academia can work together to ensure students gain relevant, high-quality knowledge.
