Dear ABSL community,

Recently, a lot has been happening in Polish immigration law, which raises many questions from member companies employing foreigners:

• a sudden decision to suspend the Poland.Business Harbor Program by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

• a draft amendment to the Ukrainian special act and a shorter than expected extension of the legality of stay of Ukrainian citizens in Poland,

• the government's proposal of revolutionary changes in submitting residence applications for foreigners,

• today's publication of a project implementing the new "Blue Card" directive facilitating the employment of highly qualified foreigners, allowing their mobility within the EU and running a sole proprietorship in Poland,

• starting work on Poland's new migration strategy.

We would like to discuss the above during webinar which will take place on February 14, 2024, at 9:30 A.M.
