We are delighted to invite you to the upcoming ABSL Warsaw HR CoP meeting scheduled for October 16, 2024, hosted by SoftServe. This event is the first one of a series dedicated to advancing strategic, data-driven HR practices within our sector.
As the business environment becomes increasingly data-driven, the role of HR is transforming from administrative support to a strategic partner that directly influences business outcomes. We recognize that AI is a hot topic, with everyone eager to leverage its potential. However, many are hesitant to dive into AI due to a lack of understanding, particularly when it comes to data management. In our planned 4-session series, we will start by addressing these foundational concerns, focusing on Talent Intelligence and data-driven HR strategies, to pave the way for effective AI integration and enhance the sector's competitiveness in Poland.
