Over 20 years of experience as a manager responsible for leading and managing payroll and HR admin teams, providing comprehensive HR administration and payroll services for employers (local and international companies).
In recent years, her key areas of specialization have been projects related to the Digital Transformation of HR and payroll processes aimed at optimizing and automating of HR and payroll processes. She focuses on the development and implementation of tools and solutions including HR information systems, employee self-service portals and e-documents, e-signature that automate HR processes and support PwC Clients in the transformation of HR administration and payroll functions, increasing their efficiency and optimizing costs.
