2. Technologies – what are/can be flagship technologies of Pomerania (e.g. AI/cybersecurity/green tech/ESG) or key competencies (e.g. fintech / financial crime prevention / supply chain).
3. Talents – build or buy? – cooperation between business & educational institutions, but also – how to attract global talent to come here and how to make it easy? Reskilling, upskilling of non-standard talents.
4. Easiness of business. Cooperation with the authorities, government. Visa / work permits.
5. Legacy vs vision. How to run the show while transforming, how to ensure availability of language skills (and other “core” competencies), while developing competencies of the future?
